Hi, I'm Callie Jo Ireland, an Estimator at Tim Johnson Landscaping (TJL). In my role, I handle estimating and purchasing, learning and adapting every day.

Outside of work, I am married to a wonderful music enthusiast, Marcus, and together we have two children, Sammy Jo and Koe. Our family enjoys spending quality time together, exploring the outdoors, camping, and seeking new adventures. Personally, I find joy in being with my family, outdoor activities, fishing, vineyard visits, and any opportunity to feel the sand between my toes.

My typical day at the office is fast-paced, focusing on timely quotes and take-offs, ensuring our construction crews have what they need. I also make site visits to check on ongoing projects that I've bid on. Collaborating closely with the nursery manager, I coordinate the availability of plants and materials for our crews. One of the aspects I appreciate most about TJL is the sense of belonging and the value placed on my input.

The best advice I've received and live by is: "Don't live with regrets; learn from them."
